Terms for using Kami AI.
Effective August 9, 2026. These terms govern access to the public Kami AI website and any Kami service provided without a separately signed agreement.
Agreement and customer contracts
By accessing or using Kami, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can bind yourself or the organization you represent. If you use Kami on behalf of an organization, references to you include that organization.
A signed order form, master services agreement, data processing agreement, or other written customer agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and authorized use
- Provide accurate information and protect account credentials, embed keys, signing secrets, and administrative access.
- Use Kami only for lawful purposes and within the permissions of the signed-in user and host application.
- Do not probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, tenant separation, confirmation gates, rate limits, or security controls.
- Do not use Kami to introduce malware, infringe rights, facilitate abuse, or make high-impact decisions where human review is legally or reasonably required.
- Do not resell or misrepresent the service except under an agreement that expressly permits it.
AI output and actions
Kami can misunderstand a request, produce inaccurate output, select an unintended control, or fail to observe a result. You are responsible for reviewing requests, confirmations, output, and consequential results before relying on them.
Customers remain responsible for their product, users, permissions, notices, data, and business decisions. Kami may require confirmation, refuse a request, stop a task, or limit functionality to protect the service and its users.
Plans, credits, and payment
Plan limits may be measured in credits as described at purchase. A credit represents a metered unit of product usage; unused credits, overages, renewal, and refund rules are those shown in the applicable order or checkout terms.
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Paid access may be suspended for overdue amounts. Free or evaluation access may have lower limits and can be changed or discontinued with reasonable notice where practical.
Customer data and intellectual property
You retain rights in data you lawfully provide. You authorize Kami and its service providers to process that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as permitted by your agreement and applicable law.
Kami and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, models, design, documentation, and related technology. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, without identifying you publicly unless separately agreed.
Availability, suspension, and termination
Kami may change the service and may suspend access to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach, nonpayment, provider outage, or risk to other users. Either party may end free access at any time; contracted service ends under the applicable agreement.
On termination, access ends and data is handled under the applicable agreement and privacy notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services provided without a signed agreement are offered as available and without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate operation. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Kami is not liable under these website terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any liability terms in a signed customer agreement take precedence.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will receive additional notice where required.
Use the contact page for questions about these terms. Governing law, venue, service levels, security commitments, and negotiated commercial terms must be stated in the applicable signed customer agreement.
